The RWF Museum is hosting a week of events to commemorate eighty years since evacuations at the start of World War Two.
Bring the whole family to step back in time an find out what it was like to be evacuated, and what it was like on the home front. There’ll be period clothes so that our young guests can get in character and capture some great half term memories.
On Thursday 31stOctober and Friday 1stNovember a costumed interpreter will bring the period to life and talk about real artefacts from WW2.
The museum is housed in two towers of Caernarfon Castle. In it you will find a wealth of original exhibits, supported by film, sound and models, which tell the story of over 330 years of service by Wales’ oldest infantry regiment, in peacetime and in war, all around the world.
Entry into the Museum is free with paid entry into Caernarfon Castle.
